What Can You Do?

Artifact Donation

We welcome donations of any materials related to Hawthorne History, including businesses, families, festivals, and celebrations, fraternal and social organizations, political and governmental documents and photographs. Let us know that you have a potential donation and a representative from the Hawthorne Historical Society will contact you regarding our collections policy and current needs, and to evaluate any materials. Due to limited space and the cost of long-term preservation, all materials offered for donation will be evaluated prior to accession into the collection.

In Kind Donation

Useful services and materials are always gratefully received. With proper documentation, in-kind donations are tax deductible.

Memorial Fund Donation

Contribute to the Memorial Fund in the name of a friend or family member. This memorial fund is designated for awarding winners of our annual elementary school essay contest.
